CIFAS Court Order is £5,000 one-off and prepares the full court bundle including a compensation claim of £1,500 to £5,000. Any compensation awarded is paid directly to you, we take nothing.

If you have multiple CIFAS markers, the cost depends on whether they relate to the same institution and the same underlying facts. Where multiple markers arise from one institution and one connected dispute, they may be handled together. Where the markers relate to different institutions, different products, or different allegations, the cost is usually per marker because each filing needs its own evidence review, complaint, and escalation route.
Can I spread the cost of removing a CIFAS marker over a few months?+
Yes. CIFAS Documents is a subscription package, which allows you to spread the cost of CIFAS marker removal over a few months while you manage the process yourself with guided support. The subscription is £149.99 per month and can be cancelled when you no longer need it.
Are your Cifas Removal packages refundable?+
No. All Cifas Removal packages are non-refundable once purchased. The work involved begins at the point of purchase, document generation, case preparation, and legal drafting commence immediately. The fee reflects the service delivered, not the outcome achieved.
What happens if the marker is not removed?+
CIFAS Marker UK is a document preparation and case support service. We do not accept responsibility or liability if a marker is not removed. Removal depends on the facts of your case, the evidence available, the category of marker, and the decisions made by the issuer, CIFAS, the Financial Ombudsman Service, or a court. No service can represent that removal is certain.
Can I upgrade between Cifas Removal packages?+
Yes. If you start with CIFAS Documents and decide you want us to take over the complaint process, you can upgrade to CIFAS Representation. Contact us and we will advise on next steps based on where your case currently stands.
Does the CIFAS Documents package include one to one support?+
No. CIFAS Documents includes access to weekly group calls, client WhatsApp, and GPT support. One to one case meetings are included in CIFAS Representation and CIFAS Court Order only.
Can I get a CIFAS marker removed through court?+
Not necessarily. In urgent cases where a marker is causing imminent job loss, mortgage collapse, account closure, or other serious harm, court action may need to run in parallel with or ahead of the standard complaint route. We will advise on the appropriate approach during your case assessment.
