No. CIFAS Documents includes weekly group expert calls, client WhatsApp, and GPT support. One-to-one case meetings are included in CIFAS Representation and CIFAS Court Order only.

Can I upgrade to CIFAS Representation later?+

Yes. If you start with CIFAS Documents and decide you want us to take over the complaint process, you can upgrade to CIFAS Representation. Contact us and we will advise on next steps based on where your case currently stands.

Is this package refundable?+

No. All packages are non-refundable once purchased. Document generation begins at the point of sign-up and the fee reflects the service delivered, not the outcome achieved.

What happens if the marker is not removed?+

CIFAS Marker UK is a document preparation and case support service. We do not accept responsibility or liability if a marker is not removed. What we commit to is preparing the strongest possible challenge based on the information and evidence you provide.
