Yes. This package covers the issuer complaint, CIFAS review, and Financial Ombudsman Service referral where appropriate. If the case needs to go to court, that is covered by the CIFAS Court Order package.

Is this package refundable?+

No. All packages are non-refundable once purchased. Case preparation and document drafting begin at the point of purchase. The fee reflects the service delivered, not the outcome achieved.

What if the marker is not removed?+

CIFAS Marker UK is a document preparation and case support service. We do not accept responsibility or liability if a marker is not removed. What we commit to is preparing the strongest possible challenge based on the information and evidence you provide.
